Chatty Crafty Application

Terms and Conditions:
By filling out the application you are agreeing to the following:
All items sold at Chatty Crafty must be HANDMADE or VINTAGE.

This is a juried event and we do not accept every applicant.

Acceptance emails will be sent on a rolling basis beginning or before Friday, January 31, 2014.

If you are not accepted to Chatty Crafty, a refund will be promptly refunded via PayPal.
We only present completed applications to the jury. A completed application is paid in full.

Fee:
We offer space for THREE vendor types.

For $200 ($175 + $25 non-refundable application fee) vendors may apply for a full 10×10 booth.

For $112.50 ($87.50 + $25 non-refundable application fee) vendors may apply to be paired with another vendor by our staff for a shared 10×10 booth. Vendors who wish to be paired with another specific booth partner will indicate this on their application. Booth pairings will be made from accepted vendors.

For $100 ($75 + $25 non-refundable application fee) vendors can also apply to sell their wares from a roving cart, bicycle, or wagon, in lieu of setting up shop in a traditional 10×10 booth.

If accepted, you will be given the option to rent the following:
10×10 Tent – $100 – 8′ Tables – $12/each – 6′ Tables – $10/each – Chairs – $3 each
This is optional, you may, of course, provide your own.

Refunds:
If you are not accepted your fee will be promptly returned to you by February 1, 2014. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee.

If the event is canceled due to severe weather, other Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Miss Chatty and her Team, your fee will not be refunded to you.

Sharing:
Booth sharing is allowed. BUT, each vendor must submit a separate application and be approved by the jury. There is a special payment button for vendors sharing a booth – we make it easy to split the fees! See the above fee structure for more information. You may choose a boothmate or request that our staff pairs you with another vendor in the appropriate box below.

Space:
Each space 10×10 spot with the exception of roving carts, bicycles, or wagons.

DO NOT BREAK DOWN EARLY. As a vendor you agree to be set up before 10:00 am and not breakdown before 6:00 pm. Our event is rain or shine. If you break down early we may not be able to accept you for future shows. If you have to break down early due to an emergency be sure to email us as soon as you can to let us know. Rain is not an emergency.

Security: 
Chatty Crafty provides overnight security for two-day events. While we try to keep your tents safe overnight by providing two security guards, please know, we cannot and do not take responsibility for anything stolen or damaged during any portion of the event. Please use common sense.

Responsibility:
Chatty Crafty is not responsible for personal injury or any items damaged or stolen during the duration of the event (including move-in, move-out, over night and the hours of the event).
